THE DILLINGER ESCAPE PLAN To Guest On Tomorrow's 'Tinitus'

March 25, 2008

THE DILLINGER ESCAPE PLAN guitarist Ben Weinman and vocalist Greg Puciato were interviewed for this week's "Tinitus" radio show, airing tomorrow night (Wednesday, March 26) between 20.00 CET (8:00 p.m.) and 22.00 CET (10:00 p.m.) on Norway's P3. According to a press release, Weinman and Puciato "wax lyrical about homosexuality, getting starkers on the cover of one of the biggest music magazines in the world, Kerrang!, and farting on each other's cocks. At some point, they also chat about music and their latest album, 'Ire Works'. Not for the faint-hearted. On and off stage, these guys are loose cannons. Miss Pee adds a twist to the whole issue as Kerrang! photographer Paul Harries will give his side of the story about the New Jersey's math crew's infamous shoot last year."

Also featured on this week's show are Guitar World's Jimmy Hubbard and Brad Angle. Responsible for the filming of MASTODON's whereabouts on the Atlanta-based band's European dates last summer (including their ill-fated trip to the Hovefestivalen),Hubbard and Angle have been busy collecting footage and interviews from some of the most interesting Norwegian black metal acts. What is this in connection with? Tune in and find out.

"Tinitus" is Norway's most popular metal show with an average of over 60,000 listeners per week (1.5 percent of the country's population!).

To tune into P3 via the Internet, follow the instructions that are posted on the "Tinitus" MySpace page at this location.
